Join a small team building modern digital products for clients in Nepal and abroad. We work in short cycles, ship often, and keep the feedback loop tight.
You may contribute to planning, reviews and delivery decisions as the role requires. We value thoughtful questions and clear communication.

What you will do.

Responsibilities
04Deploy and manage paid campaigns across Google Search, YouTube, and Meta Networks.
Write high-converting ad copy and curate creative social media calendars.
Configure Google Tag Manager tracking pixels and custom event analytics.
Perform A/B split testing on ad designs and landing page forms.
Requirements
04- 1+ years of experience in digital marketing or ad-agency operations.
- Proven ability to manage advertising budgets and generate qualified lead conversions.
- Comfortable with Google Analytics, Excel spreadsheets, and design briefs.
- Strong command of written English and Nepali.
Nice to have
- Certifications in Google Ads and Meta Blueprint networks.
- Expertise tracking and diagnosing custom pixel event schemas.
- Ability to craft quick vector graphics inside Figma.
