The challenge
Travel bookings often combine dates, passenger information, availability and operational constraints, which can make the interface difficult to follow.
The strategy
We structured the journey into understandable stages and identified the information a customer needs before they can submit a request or booking.
The build
The design scope includes responsive reservation screens, clear confirmation states and integration points that can be connected to an approved availability or weather provider.
Delivery notes
The completed design provides a framework for implementation and testing. Booking outcomes, availability accuracy and operational performance need validation in the live system.
